About Us
Education Recruiting Services is a State of Ohio approved Supplemental Education Service Provider, specializing in a wide range of cultural, educational and captivating programs. We enhance the academic and personal growth of every student. The wonderful service we offer is based on a win/win philosophy for all involved. Our after-school programs provide schools the additional assistance needed to help achieve Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) that is aligned with the state of Ohio's math and language arts academic standards. We understand that many parents demand a quality education for their child. As a result, we formed a team of Board Certified Teachers who created a K-12 math and reading program designed to boost literacy and basic math skills. In addition, we provide test-taking strategies designed to teach students how to take standardized tests.SES stands for Supplemental Educational Services, which are federally funded educational programs under the No Child Left Behind Act. These programs are allowed at schools that have not made Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for two consecutive years in reading and/or math. The program is absolutely free for students who attend these schools. These services are designed to help students meet state academic standards in reading and math. There are over 100 approved providers in the state of Ohio, of which Education Recruiting Services is one. The Education Recruiting Services After School Program is a 60-80 hour after-school, classroom-based program offering integrated instruction in English/language arts and math. Theme unit daily lessons engage students in fun, hands-on activities that have meaning for them. The goal of the program is to increase student achievement and learning confidence.We contract certified teachers, test prep professionals, and college students with at least 60 credit hours.Education Recruiting Services teachers work with classroom teachers to ensure that the Education Recruiting Services curriculum supports the educational program used during the regular school day. The School Connection time set aside at the end of each after-school session allows Education Recruiting Services teachers to provide help with homework and help students see the connection between their after-school activities and their regular school programming.

Grades
- Early Education: Kindergarten and 1st grade
- Primary Education: 2nd and 3rd grade
- Elementary Education: 4th and 5th grade
- Intermediate Education: 6th, 7th, and 8th grade
- High school Education: 9th, 10th , 11th, 12th grade
Time Committment
2 hours a day, 3-5 days a week for a total of 60-80 hours.
Location of Tutoring
The program will be held at the child's school, or a local community center.
Tests/Grades
There are pre and post assessments given at the beginning and end of the program.
Rewards
* Attend 20 hours and receive 25 points
* Attend 40 hours and receive 50 points
* Attend 60 hours and receive 75 points
* Have perfect attendance and receive 100 points.
